The City Diesel CoolTwist Performance Intercooler is an excellent upgrade over the stock intercooler for 1999.5 - 2005 Powerstroke trucks. It features a larger (thicker core) and a much more aggressive cross-cut fin pattern for much greater cooling surface area (See pictures for more detail).

Unlike many of our competitors intercoolers, this is not a stock 6.0 intercooler with some fancy tanks modified to fit a 7.3. This is a true After-market high performance upgrade, featuring a much improved core design, for greater efficency and greater durability.

These coolers are so tough, if you manage to burst one, send it back and we will replace it, as long as you tell us how you did it. It doesnt even matter how much pressure you were running, we are that confident.

Anytime you introduce more air or cooler air into your diesel engine, you will see better fuel mileage, increase power, and lower EGT's. This will give you a truck that is more economical, easier to tow with, and much more fun to play in.

Any truck that is overfueled or under turboed will benefit from this cooler, and you dont have to replace any hoses or reroute anything to install!!
